Provide and lay seal coat surface dressing using S125 cut-back bitumen at rate 1.3l/m2 and blind with 18mm, Scarify existing road surface and compact to 98% BS standard compaction, Bitumen at 0.91/m2 including blinding with river sharp sand or quarry fines, second sealcoat but at rate of 1.1l/m2 and using 12mm single size chippings and the creation of the Terminal Platform and Upgrading of emergency access roads for additional work on dam embankment 3800km road resurfacing at Gombe State.
